TERRI

Front of House is one of the most important positions at The Facebible. This role is expertly carried out by Terri who has over 20 years experience working in customer care.

Terri is the first person you see when coming to the clinic, and her warm and friendly personality instantly puts our clients at ease. Terri ensures that you have everything you need before going through to the treatment room, and will make sure that you leave us feeling happy with our service. 

It takes great skill to make Front of House a success. A relaxed attitude needs to combine with a high level of professionalism, and Terri naturally provides these qualities. She has the ability to connect with all of our clients, and is confident and reassuring in her approach. 

Much of Terri’s role entails taking care of the personal needs of our visitors. However, she also has a wealth of knowledge in both beauty and aesthetic treatments. If any of our clients contact the clinic with a question or query about an upcoming treatment, or the aftercare required, she is often able to give accurate and informed advice.

In many cases Terri is the first point-of-contact for our clients. Not only is she the first person our clients usually see when they enter the clinic, she is often the person who takes incoming phone-calls and follows up with clients after their treatment. As well as facilitating all health and aesthetic appointments, Terri takes an active role in client care and ensures that our service meets the expectations of all clients. 

She always welcomes any feedback and uses this information to make sure the clinic is doing everything it can to make our clients happy.
