WHAT ARE BESPOKE FACIALS?
A bespoke facial is a facial treatment that is recommended specifically for the individual. A facial is often used to boost the condition of the skin, and brighten up the appearance. The type of facial that is chosen depends on the patient’s concerns, and is often carried out in stages.

THE TREATMENT PROCESS
A bespoke facial is a hands-on treatment. It usually starts by thoroughly cleansing the skin, using a serum to remove any surface dirt and debris. A mini-peel is then applied to help exfoliate the skin, unblock the pores and remove any dead skin cells. This is followed by administering radiofrequency technology to the mid and lower face, which boosts the production of collagen. We’ll then moisturise the complexion with a hydrating mask before applying LED light therapy to brighten the skin. We complete the treatment by applying a suitable skincare product and SPF to protect the complexion from UV rays and other pollutants. A soothing massage is a key feature of the bespoke facial, as it stimulates the lymphatic system which is beneficial to the functioning of the body’s natural drainage system.
AFTERCARE AND RESULTS
As the bespoke facial is customised for each patient the results that can be achieved are based on the concerns it’s been recommended to treat. In general the complexion will become clearer and brighter, looking revitalised and refreshed. The outcome can last for around 4 weeks, but can last longer in some cases. Our clinicians often recommend having a regular facial treatment to help maintain the complexion’s healthy glow, and it can also be used as the skin’s perfect ‘pick-me-up’ when preparing for an up-coming event.
In terms of aftercare, we usually advise that you remember to apply SPF before exposing skin to the sun, especially after a facial as the complexion may be a little more sensitive than normal. Results can be enhanced and maintained for longer through the use of suitable skincare, which our experts will be happy to recommend.
