WHAT IS GLOBAL EYECON?
Global eyecon, by mesoestetic, is a treatment that has been specially formulated to target the eyes specifically. This product is designed to be compatible with the delicate skin and tissues that surround the eye, treating concerns such as: lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, dark circles, under eye bags and drooping upper eyelids.
These concerns are commonly experienced as part of the ageing process, and often take effect at the age of 30 / 40. The upper face can then develop an appearance that looks tired and stressed, and doesn’t reflect your true self.
THE TREATMENT PROCESS
The Global eyecon treatment consists of a 6-week course of procedures. A chemical peel is carried out in the first week, with microneedling following the week after. 2 more peels and 2 more microneedling sessions are then required; performed alternately until the treatment is complete. A chemical peel that is made up of salicylic acid and azelaic acid is applied to the skin above the eyebrow, around the crow’s feet area and beneath the lower lid. This works to remove damaged skin cells and encourage the growth of healthy new ones. The microneedling procedure uses tiny needles to puncture the skin, making a series of microchannels around the contours of the eye. This helps to trigger the production of collagen for skin that naturally becomes firmer and fuller, restoring a more refreshed look. The microneedling treatment is finished with the application of a circulation-boosting serum that also helps to brighten the complexion.
AFTERCARE AND RESULTS
Following each treatment session, patients will need to ensure they take extra care of the skin around the eyes as it may be a little more sensitive than normal. Our clinicians can provide you with a home-care kit that contains a variety of suitable products that will help to keep the skin hydrated and protected.
Global eyecon produces rapid results, and you may notice an improvement in their appearance right from the very first treatment. The severity of each concern will continue to reduce as the treatment course progresses, and by the time the course is complete, the appearance of the eyes and upper face will look much more revitalised.

Global eyecon can be a suitable treatment for men and women who are noticing the effects of ageing appearing around their eyes. Concerns such as: dark circles, under eye bags, droopy eyelids, crow’s feet and sagging skin can start to develop from the age of 30+, giving the upper face a tired look.
The specific procedures within this treatment are specially designed to suit the delicate structure of the eyes, making it a safe treatment to use. Depending on the results of a pre-treatment assessment, our clinicians will establish if Global eyecon is the right procedure to use.
It is possible that either the chemical peel, microneedling (or both) will cause some post-treatment discomfort. This can be discussed at the consultation and the necessary steps will be taken to ensure a comfortable experience.
Side effects from this treatment are minimal. The chemical peel may cause some slight redness and sensitivity to the skin, but this doesn’t usually cause any significant irritation. The microneedling part of this procedure can lead to some slight itching, and potentially some small tiny puncture marks. Like with the chemical peel, these side effects settle very quickly and within a few days they’re likely to have disappeared.
6 procedures make up the Global eyecon treatment process. This includes 3 chemical peels and 3 microneedling sessions. A chemical peel kicks off the treatment with the remaining sessions being carried out alternately.
